Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, diced
- 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
- 4 spinach flour tortillas (10 inches)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and ranch dressing mix together until smooth.
- Stir in red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and olives until combined.
- Spread about ¾ cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into ½-inch pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- You can make the pinwheels up to 2-3 days ahead of time and slice them just before serving.
- If you’re short on time, place the rolled tortillas in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour to speed up chilling.
- Use flavored tortillas like tomato basil or spinach for variety.
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
