Description

Christmas Pinwheels are a quick, festive appetizer made with tortillas, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and crunchy veggies. Ready in just 15 minutes, these no-bake roll-ups are perfect for holiday parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
  • 4 spinach flour tortillas (10 inches)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and ranch dressing mix together until smooth.
  2. Stir in red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and olives until combined.
  3. Spread about ¾ cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into ½-inch pinwheels and serve.

Notes

  • You can make the pinwheels up to 2-3 days ahead of time and slice them just before serving.
