Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer.
- Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette, crostini, or crackers for dipping.
Notes
- If you prefer, you can use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Just make sure to cook it down and drain any excess moisture.
- Add-ins like crumbled bacon, marinated artichokes, or sautéed mushrooms are excellent variations to customize the dip to your taste.
- If you want to keep the dip warm for longer, place it in a slow cooker on the ‘warm’ setting and stir occasionally.
