Description

This creamy Tuscan dip is an irresistible appetizer that combines rich cheeses, savory garlic, fresh spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. With a luscious texture and Mediterranean-inspired flavors, it’s the perfect choice for any gathering, from casual parties to festive celebrations. Easy to make and incredibly satisfying, this dip will quickly become a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer.
  3. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with sliced baguette, crostini, or crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • If you prefer, you can use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Just make sure to cook it down and drain any excess moisture.
  • Add-ins like crumbled bacon, marinated artichokes, or sautéed mushrooms are excellent variations to customize the dip to your taste.
  • If you want to keep the dip warm for longer, place it in a slow cooker on the ‘warm’ setting and stir occasionally.
