- ¼ Cup sour cream
- 3 Green onions, sliced
- Salt & Pepper, to taste (about 1/4-1/2 tsp each)
Instructions
- Shred or cube the chicken and chop the celery, green onions, and bacon.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, green onions, bacon, slivered almonds, and cheddar cheese.
- Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the bowl and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the salad chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
