Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup White chocolate chips
- 8 Pretzel sticks
- Disposable pastry/icing bags (or resealable plastic bags)
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Line your workspace with parchment paper to prevent the chocolate from sticking.
- Arrange 8 pretzel sticks into a circle, with each pretzel radiating from the center.
- For smaller webs, break 4 pretzel sticks in half and arrange them in a circle.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips by microwaving for 45-50 seconds, stirring and repeating in 10-20 second intervals until completely melted.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a pastry/icing bag and snip off the tip.
- Start at the center of the pretzel circle and squeeze the chocolate in a spiral, stopping near the edges of the pretzels.
- Repeat the process for all pretzel circles.
- Allow the chocolate to cool for about 1 hour, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Store leftover webs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
- If you prefer a spicier version, sprinkle cinnamon or cayenne pepper on the chocolate before it sets.
