Description

This Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa recipe is a quick, easy, and flavorful dinner option, combining smoky kielbasa with sweet honey, garlic, and roasted vegetables. Perfect for busy weeknights, this one-pan meal will satisfy your entire family with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Pork Kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes, cubed
  • 2 medium Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, basil, oregano, and melted butter.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sweet potatoes on the sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Add sliced kielbasa to the pan and brush with most of the honey garlic sauce, leaving a little for later. Roast for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli to the pan, toss gently, and roast for another 5-10 minutes, or until the kielbasa is browned and vegetables are tender.
  6. Brush the kielbasa with the remaining honey garlic sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Make sure to leave enough space on the sheet pan for even roasting.
  • You can substitute the kielbasa with chicken sausage or a vegetarian option like tofu for a different take.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
