Description

This Tiramisu Cold Brew Coffee Cheesecake is a rich and decadent dessert that blends the bold flavor of cold brew coffee with the creamy texture of a cheesecake, inspired by the classic tiramisu. With layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a smooth cheesecake filling, it’s a perfect dessert for coffee lovers and those seeking a luxurious treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed biscotti
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee, strongly brewed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 12 pieces ladyfingers, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs or crushed biscotti with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and 1/2 cup cold brew coffee.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the remaining 1/2 cup of cold brew coffee and layer them over the crust.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the ladyfinger layer.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Dust the top of the cheesecake with cocoa powder before serving. Slice and enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Do not soak the ladyfingers for too long to avoid making them too soggy.
  • Let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours for the best texture.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, you can add coffee liqueur to the coffee soak.
